It all started in a tiny little red cart—with a hot griddle, a heart full of faith, and a dream to bring people together through food. What began as a simple idea has grown into Love EATZ Smash Burgers, a family-run food truck serving bold, crispy smash burgers, golden fries, fresh lemonades, and more.
Rooted in faith, family, and fiery flavor, Love EATZ is more than just a meal—it’s a legacy in motion. Whether you’re a regular or just passing through, you’ll taste the love in every bite. Proudly based in Tigard, Oregon, we’re here to serve our community with good food and even greater purpose.

Born in Southern California and raised along the West Coast, these Chicano brothers—13 years apart—share a deep love for food rooted in family tradition. The older brother got his start in the early ’80s, washing pans at Francois in Huntington Beach where their father was a chef. By 13, he was handed his first chef knife and never looked back.
The younger brother, born in 1990, grew up helping their mom in the kitchen and was cooking on his own by 12. He later joined his brother in the kitchen and went on to graduate from culinary school.
Together, they bring heritage, skill, and heart to every dish— and the best is yet to come.
